How Our CAN Bus & OBD Solutions Work

Contactless CAN Data Reading

Crocodile sniffers attach externally to CAN wires and read signals magnetically, without cutting or connecting to the wiring. This prevents electrical disturbance, eliminates risk to ECUs, and ensures safe, reliable data collection from any compatible CAN network.

Real-Time Data Transmission

Captured parameters—such as RPM, fuel level, temperature, speed, and fault codes—are sent to a telematics gateway. This enables continuous remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and improved efficiency through live operational insights.

Integration With Tracking Systems

How to get data from CAN-bus into GPS monitoring system?

Directly tapping into CAN high and CAN low wires is risky, as it can disrupt the bus network. ECUs may detect the device as intrusive, triggering false errors or putting the vehicle into service mode.
To safely extract data, use Crocodile contactless sniffers. These devices attach externally to CAN wires without electrical contact, capturing signals securely.
